Inverted Phase Contrast Microscope

The Olympus IX53 inverted microscope system in our center is especially important in terms of optical performance and mechanical quality. It provides great convenience in cell culture studies. The device has 4x, 10x, 20x, 40x (planar) lenses. The system has fluorescence (UV excitation and blue and green excitations), differential interference contrast (DIC), phase cont rast, relief contrast, polarized light and bright field modes.
